Returns and Claims

Product exchange or withdrawal from the contract:

Items purchased in our store can be exchanged or you can exercise your right to withdraw from the contract. You have 14 calendar days from receiving the goods to do so. You do not need to provide a reason, but you may withdraw from the contract if the goods are in an unchanged condition. Products prepared and manufactured to special order are not subject to exchange or return.

Procedure:

Download the product exchange / contract withdrawal form and fill it in correctly. Return the goods in undamaged condition along with the receipt and form to the address below. You must return the goods at your own expense. We do not accept shipments sent to us COD!

Within a maximum of 14 working days from receiving the goods, we will refund your money or send a new product – we usually do this within 2-5 working days. In the case of an exchange, you must cover the cost of reshipment.

Complaint:

If during use it turns out that the goods have been damaged or malfunctioned, it is subject to a complaint. All products sold by us are covered by a one-year (1) warranty, and you have the full right to exchange defective goods for new ones or receive a refund. Please note that dirt and damage resulting from mechanical causes or falls are not covered by the warranty.

Procedure:

1.Download the complaint form and fill it in correctly.

2.Return the goods along with the receipt and return form to the store’s headquarters address. We do not accept shipments sent to us COD!
